Principal's Message

Welcome to Hanford Online Charter High School. Thank you for taking the opportunity to learn more about our school.  Hanford Online Charter High School (HOC) is a public charter authorized through the Hanford Joint Union High School District. We are set up to meet the needs of students residing in the Kings, Tulare, and Fresno counties. We offer both college and credit recovery track programs. 

HOC staff values education as a life-long learning process. We pride ourselves on creating a customized educational experience for each student. Our academic program doesn’t only help students earn the credits they need to graduate, it also encourages them to maximize their potential and teaches them to take responsibility for their learning. 

At Hanford Online Charter (HOC), we are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the academic success of our students. Even so, we know that our greatest success comes with your support and help. Our team understands the importance of developing meaningful relationships with our students and their families. You have a special and unique role in your student’s experience. Collaboration with your child’s teacher is an integral part of a successful year. In addition, open communication is vital to the home-school partnership. Together we can make a difference to all who enter HOC’s doors. 

As a principal, I am committed to providing the best educational experience to you and your child in the following manner:

• Provide consistent communication with students and parents

It is a privilege to be part of a learning community that is dedicated to serving students. I intend to support, develop, and retain our students, preparing them to move forward and be successful in their lives.
